Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
I love custom orders! Just send me a message with what you are looking for (preferably provide a good phone number with text capability). There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required on all custom orders.
Sizing details
Each wreath is pictured on a standard door so that you can visually see the size of the wreath.
Care instructions
The wreaths used in all of our wreaths (unless stated in the listing) are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. If you're going to hang your wreath outside I would recommend hanging your wreath on a door with a slight overhang. As you know the sun fades EVERYTHING so some fading should be expected if placed in direct sunlight.
Wholesale availability
I currently do not offer my wreaths at wholesale prices.
